Workshop Steward Ownership

​How does steward-ownership work and how can startups and scale-ups use it?

​During this workshop as a pre-program of Tech Drinks - Innovate Together, you will learn what steward-ownership is, how it works in practice and we will discuss how you can make use of it as a startup or scale-up.

​We will reflect on several examples of startups and larger companies that are steward-owned. In particular, we are going to discuss how steward-owned companies can also attract investors.

​The workshop will be given by Esther Welles from We Are Stewards. We Are Stewards is building a steward-ownership movement in the Netherlands and supports companies to explore and adopt steward-ownership.
