Erik’s passion is directed towards unlocking leaders and their teams through a recipe of self development, advisory and integration of leadership strategies and frameworks. Tracy Podell, Senior Partner at Evolution, has first-hand experience building the plane while she flies it. After years working in marketing in early-stage startups that achieved explosive growth and acquisition by companies like Viacom and Tinder, she’s seen the pitfalls and challenges executives can (and inevitably will) encounter during their company’s toughest growth challenges.
Tracy works with startups and iconic tech companies like Slack, Headspace, Amazon and Dropbox, family and impacting investing offices like Builders Vision and S2G, along with fashion and beauty retail like Abercrombie, Osea and Ilia.
Tracy is highly sought-after for helping grow executives into the the next phase of their leadership, be it taking on a bigger role than ever before or leading the company through an intense growth phase. Key areas of focus are communication, influence, emotional intelligence and reactivity, team management, imposter syndrome and strategic thinking.
