Join us for an evening of intentional discussions on creating a safe space whether dating or in a relationship to share your greatest hopes, fears and needs. Learn to set boundaries clearly and ask for support to work through triggers. These key topics and tools will help you establish healthy habits for a meaningful and fulfilling relationship. This workshop is for both single and partnered individuals and couples.
Vision & Needs: Learn to share your deepest hopes, fears, and non-negotiable needs to achieve safety, freedom, and embodied truth in dating or your relationship
Emotional Intimacy: Master a simple practice to deepen connection, rebuild safety, and restore emotional intimacy with the “Relationship Bubble”
Desires, Fears, and Boundaries: Express your desires clearly and confidently and share emotional fears without shame or defensiveness while dating or as a couple
Triggers & Insecurities: Understand how communicating your own fears and insecurities is a powerful way to ask and receive support when deepening your connection
Healthy Relationship Patterns: Communicate what matters without blame or defensiveness and rework patterns that can get in the way of what you want
During this session, you will hear from our expert panel of relationship coaches and match makers. We will also lead you in a brief workshop activity to discover relationship characteristics that are most meaningful to you and end with a social mixer in the lounge. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

Veronica is a relationship coach, transformational facilitator, author, and intimacy expert helping people create deeper, more authentic relationships. As the founder of Body Temple Sensuality Training and One Human, her work bridges psychology, embodiment, and spiritual wisdom to heal the split between love, sexuality, and self. She is Master Instructor at Civana Wellness Resort in Arizona and teaches thousands of clients a year.
She has been featured on the Today Show, ABC 13, and dozens of magazines. Known for her magnetic energy and emotionally intelligent teaching, Veronica guides people to move beyond performance and fear into genuine connection—where intimacy becomes a spiritual practice and the body becomes home again.

About: Loretta Chak | Certified Professional Coach and Matchmaker
Loretta an ICF-accredited, certified professional coach and matchmaker with a decade of experience who is dedicated to enhancing the dating and relationship experience for her clients. With a passion for making the dating journey more enjoyable, Loretta specializes in working with clients who find themselves frustrated by the complexities of the dating scene. Loretta works her magic in two very specific phases of dating. Firstly, she works with clients who find the initial stages of dating stressful by helping them rediscover the fun and feel more confident in the process.
Secondly, she works with those who have progressed beyond the initial dates (but haven’t quite yet reached “exclusive” status) and find themselves in overthinking, anxiety and uncertainty. Her goal is to guide her clients towards more ease and less pressure, which naturally leads them to be more present and enjoy the process.
Loretta is a firm believer that romantic relationships help deepen the relationship and connection we have with ourselves, if we allow them to. She lives in sunny Southern California with her husband (who she married at the height of COVID in a Vegas helicopter elopement) and her loving pup.

Shirlene Chow has nearly 20 years in the technology industry working at Salesforce, IBM, and Deloitte across retail, pharmaceuticals, and service industries. She recently left corporate to launch her own consulting company to help clients and start ups achieve scale with marketing strategy, digital content and community building. She received her degrees from USC and Boston University.
Shirlene has always been passionate about helping others discover their relationship potential, leveraging a variety of frameworks and her own personal experiences. She met her husband after 50 first dates! In her free time you can find her singing, throwing pottery, and engaging with community at The KINN.
