On 2 December, 250+ leaders from finance, fintech, employers and regulation come together at Backfabrik Berlin to explore that question from different angles across markets, sectors and disciplines.

The FinWell Monitor 2026 opens the day. Our members voted on the programme in between. Five questions set the agenda:

🔷 How can AI make good financial advice affordable for everyone?

🔷 Which nudges help customers save, invest and stay out of debt?

🔷 Do banks earn more when customers are financially healthier — and how do you prove it?

🔷 The Altersvorsorgedepot launches in January. How do we turn savers into investors?

🔷 How does regulation — from RIS to the EUDI Wallet — become a growth engine?

In the afternoon, six masterclasses run in two rounds of three. Sponsors will have agenda setting authority here.

The day ends with the FinWell Award.🎄 As winter sets in, stay with us for cosy networking & warm drinks that carry the day’s discussions into the evening.
