Ensuring Fair Value for All: A Make-it-or-break-it Moment to Address Unfair Trading Practices in B2B Relations
Hosted by AIM and PepsiCo
Europe has spent the past year fighting for fairness on the global stage, defending its industries, reshaping supply chains, and asserting its economic sovereignty. But as the EU’s focus has turned outward, cracks have begun to show within. Farmers are protesting, consumers are feeling the pinch, and even leading manufacturers face a new kind of unpredictability whether their products will reach the shelf in Europe, and who really decides that.
As the EU institutions prepare to review the Unfair Trading Practices (UTP) Directive and finalize the UTP cross-border enforcement proposal, this debate will focus on how Europe must now look inside-out: how can the Single Market ensure an internal fair-trading environment that restores balance across the entire supply chain from field to factory to consumer?
Hosted by AIM and PepsiCo, this high-level discussion brings together policymakers, enforcement authorities, and supply chain representatives to explore how fair and transparent trading conditions can strengthen Europe’s competitiveness, resilience, and consumer choice.
Doors open at 10:30, and the debate will begin at 11:00 sharp, followed by a networking lunch, including your favourite PepsiCo brands!
