Gregorio is a seasoned consumer entrepreneur turned Fractional CFO and founder of Unit AI—a financial modeling and data intelligence platform designed specifically for consumer brands. With a background spanning video games, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, Gregorio has repeatedly launched and scaled ventures, navigated complex pivots, and learned critical lessons about partnerships, product-market fit, and financial rigor.
Today, he helps consumer founders master their finances to grow revenue, raise smarter capital, and make better decisions—backed by first-hand experience in building brands, securing exit strategies, and optimizing unit economics.
About: Lilian Wang
Lilian is a multidisciplinary designer who specializes in simplifying complex concepts. After graduating from Dartmouth, Lilian started her career in product management before finding where she now feels most at home: design. After breaking ground on Stripe’s support experience and developer documentation teams, she worked closely with portfolio companies at The General Partnerships to take products from zero to one. To her, user needs are at the heart of product design.
Her superpowers are getting her hands dirty and working out the kinks in a new and nebulous space; and moving fast to get things done, learn quickly, and evolve product thinking.
