Daniel presents why this is Aira's biggest growth opportunity yet. Sweden's smallest companies are the country's largest customer group, yet no one has built tools that truly help them sell. In Sweden alone, the addressable market is approximately SEK 2.2 billion.
He then walks through the go to market model built for rapid, profitable growth, combining structured direct sales, partnerships with accounting firms and direct activation in Fortnox Marketplace.
At the core of it all is how the product is built. Aira lives inside Fortnox, where the customer's data already exists. No new logins, no data migration, no CRM project. Customers are up and running in seconds and see value from the very first minute, which makes every channel in the go to market model exceptionally effective.
