​Craig's story at Mastercard is a masterclass in playing the long game. Over nearly two decades at the company, he has continuously reinvented himself, climbing through five progressively senior roles. He joined Mastercard in 2006 to build out its advisory business across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, before being named Managing Director of Mastercard Advisors for the U.S. and Canada and later Group Executive of U.S. Market Development. He went on to serve as President of North America, overseeing the company's largest customer-facing market, and as Chief Product Officer, leading the global Product and Engineering organization, before stepping into his current role as Chief Services Officer.
