We want you to get value from every bootcamp you book. Things happen, so here's how we handle changes and refunds.

 You can transfer your ticket to a colleague or another person any time before the event, free of charge. Email us the new attendee's name and address.

 We run each bootcamp quarterly. If you can't make the date you booked, you can move your ticket to the next cohort, free of charge, up to 14 days before the original event.

 More than 30 days before the event: full refund. Between 14 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund, or transfer your ticket at no fee. Less than 14 days before the event: no refund. Transfers to another person are still free.

 We commit to venue, catering and facilitator costs 7 to 14 days before the event. Once those are locked in, refunds aren't something we can absorb.

 If we cancel or postpone the bootcamp ourselves, you get a full refund or a free transfer to the next available cohort. Your choice.

 If you have a genuine emergency and the deadlines have passed, get in touch. We can usually move you to the next cohort.
