Drawing from innovation frameworks, Darius will show how to equip leaders and teams with the confidence, language, and mindset to navigate and shape AI-driven transformation.

Michael will take us behind the scenes of developing a personalized, AI-powered leadership program—sharing what worked, what didn’t, and what he learned along the way. You’ll hear how AI can enhance learning programs by enabling personalization, scalability, and continuous feedback—and where its limitations still lie.
He’ll also explore how L&D professionals can leverage AI to stay relevant, enhance their own programs, and experiment with technology in ways that strengthen—not replace—human learning experiences.

Michael Taylor is passionate about the intersection of human potential, leadership development, and AI. As Co-Founder and Head of Product at Urchin Insights, he focuses on creating better tools, systems, and learning experiences that help leaders grow with confidence. Through Skillfully Said, an AI-powered learning and practice platform, Michael and his team have supported over 400 leaders in preparing for high-stakes conversations with realistic practice, personalized feedback, and on-demand coaching.
