, each workshop requires advance preparation of materials, supplies, and staffing. Because of this, we maintain the following booking policy to ensure fairness for all guests.

. When a seat is reserved, that space is removed from availability and materials are prepared specifically for the scheduled event.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, your ticket can be 

transferred to a future class with advance notice

To reschedule, please contact us within 14 days from your original booking date at:

We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

10 minutes before your scheduled class time

 so we can begin on time and be respectful of all guests attending the workshop.

Guests arriving late may miss portions of the experience.

Guests who do not attend their scheduled class and do not provide advance notice may 

no later than 7 days before the scheduled event

If the remaining balance is not received by the deadline, the reservation may be 

, meaning the event will no longer remain private.

Because private events require advance planning, materials preparation, and reserved staffing, 

private event deposits are non-refundable

Unauthorized chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in

Guests participate at their own discretion and are responsible for supervising any minors in their care.
