Sound Bath and Sauna Retreat 7th September 2025
Join Phil and Kathryn from Ecology for a morning dedicated to unwinding and resetting the mind and body in the wonderful setting of the woodland sauna Stockbridge, Hampshire.
The session starts with a deeply relaxing sound bath in the beautiful woodland area using Gongs, Crystal Bowls and Himalayan Bowls, creating an immersive soundscape of healing frequencies.
Following the Sound Bath it's an opportunity to experience the magical benefits of an authentic wood-fired sauna and cold-water contrast therapy within the woodland sauna.

08:30 Arrive
08:30-09:00 Welcome drink and site tour
09:00-10:00 Sound Bath in the woods
10:15 - 11:40 Sauna
11:40 - 12:00 Hot drink and homemade snack around the campfire
What to bring:
For the Sound Bath:
-Yoga mat or something to lay on for the sound bath
-A couple of pillows
-Eye mask
For the Sauna
-Two towels (one for the sauna one for the shower)
-Bottle of water
-Swim wear.
