This special X Senses Lab gathering invites people aged 47+ into a warm, respectful, and heart-centered space where connection can unfold naturally through presence, conversation, movement, eye contact, and gentle sensuality.
Through guided conscious communication practices, playful connection exercises, and soft relational experiences, participants are invited to reconnect with the beauty of being seen, heard, and felt; not through performance, but through authenticity.
This is not speed dating.
This is not a loud social environment.
This is a slower, more meaningful experience designed for emotional depth, nervous system safety, and human warmth.
During the experience, we may explore:
• conscious communication & authentic relating

We start with breathwork and guided Art of Connection - rituals of embodiment and expression (both 1-1 pairing up with multiple people by changing partners and also with plays in group setting)
