Pampayruna in Portugal!

A TwoSpirit indigenous non-binary musician from Abya Yala (Latin America), our special guest Pampayruna brings Guarani music to Lisbon. Pampayruna will perform Guarani music, teach us ritual songs and community dances, and talk about LGBTQ Trans people in Indigenous societies, honoring the Guarani ancestry and their traces in Portugal.

The Guarani are part of the history of Portugal and the Portuguese American colonies, long forgotten by time. It's time to recognize these ancestors and reconcile these parts of the colonial Portuguese history.
