Karena Adnani is a dietician and certified health educator with a passion for helping people. She has designed nutrition plans for Rakul Preet Singh and Siddharth Malhotra. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology, Molecular biology, and Genetics from Boston University, USA, she went on to complete her Post Graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from SNDT University. Having started her own practice, she is now a member of the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA). She has been a keynote speaker at corporates, yoga institutes, and NGOs and believes in making healthful changes to improve quality of life.
