Practical and immersive emotional intelligence workshops for individuals, teams, and organizations.

The EdgeWithin™ Workshops

Registration fees are refundable up to 10 calendar days before the workshop. After this deadline, refunds are not available; however, the registration may be transferred to another participant or deferred to a future EdgeWithin™ workshop, subject to availability.

Each registration is eligible for one transfer or one deferral—not both. Participants are responsible for identifying the person to whom their registration will be transferred; The Ola-M Company does not match participants or find replacement attendees.

Deferred registration credits must be used within 12 months of the original workshop date. Any difference in registration fees will apply. All requests must be submitted to

before the originally scheduled workshop begins.
