The AI revolution isn't coming. It's already reshaping how software is built.

, AI Loop brings together software leaders, developers, AI experts, researchers and innovators for a full day dedicated to one question:

As AI reshapes how software is built, how do we create value today while preserving our ability to choose tomorrow ?

Through keynotes, expert panels, interactive workshops and networking opportunities, we'll explore these strategic questions by combining real-world experience with a broader perspective on what comes next.

One strategic journey: from VALUE to MASTERY

AI after the acceleration: what becomes strategic now?

As AI expands what is possible, the strategic question shifts from adoption to choice. Where should we create value, invest and build real capability?

VALUE : When building becomes easier, where does value move?

AI is changing the economics of software. Does faster and cheaper development really translate into sustainable productivity and customer value? If technology becomes easier to reproduce, where does differentiation move? And does AI simply accelerate what we already do or enable us to rethink products, processes and business models?

Every choice about how we create value also determines

and ultimately reshapes a familiar decision:

what should we build ourselves, what should we buy — and what should we simply not build?

As these dependencies become more critical to the business, the question shifts from value creation to mastery.

Workshop: Buy, Build or Depend? Make the call

, where he advises executives in financial services, retail and manufacturing on their AI transformation. He co-founded Effixis in 2022, which joined Artefact in 2024.

MASTERY : What do we need to master to keep our options open?

Which dependencies create value and which become critical? What should remain within our sphere of mastery? Where is relying on global ecosystems the better choice — and where do European, open-source or more autonomous approaches make sense ?
