 will share a simple tool that's helped him get clear: A one-pager for capturing your responses to common AI-related questions.

Before he tried this, his thoughts felt scattered. This approach helped him sharpen how he communicates his perspective and experience — whether in interviews, networking conversations, or casual catchups. He'll walk you through how it works and how you can build your own.

This session is especially useful if you're actively job searching or just want to feel more confident articulating where you stand on AI. No technical background needed — just bring your curiosity.

 is a monthly series where Ask a Chief of Staff Community members take the floor to share something they love, know deeply, have recently learned, or created — anything they'd want to teach or pass along to others.

It could be a new skill, a book that shifted your perspective, something from work, a hobby you've fallen into, or a topic you can't stop thinking about. No expertise required, just curiosity and a willingness to share.

Each session is 30 minutes: a short presentation or walkthrough, followed by open conversation. It's a chance to learn something unexpected and get to know a fellow member a little better.

He helps organizations navigate high-stakes technical environments and bring structure to complex cross-functional teams, having recently spent five years helping run the R&D organization at Impossible Foods.

Matt holds a deep background in advanced engineering operations, drawing from his previous career in the US Navy submarine force as well as medical device R&D. Driven by a lifelong passion for real-world execution and strategic frameworks, he is known for translating complex technical concepts into actionable, shared clarity—often having a one-pager or framework ready to pull up for any serious operational challenge.
