The Kokoro Collective 心 x Hima Icebaths: 

An Introduction to Mindful Athleticism & Intentional Growth

The Kokoro Collective is built around moving through life with presence, intention, and alignment. This first gathering is an introduction to what that means, and what it feels like.

We open with a brief introduction and the Try On Experience: On provides their latest shoes to run in. Then we move together: an 8km run at a steady 5:00-5:30 min/km pace (If the heat gets too much, changes will be made). 

Back at Hima, we recharge with food and hydration, then close with a contrast therapy session. Ice and heat, at your own tempo. A session to bring body and mind back in sync, embracing every imperfection. A way to reconnect with yourself, not escape from yourself.
