Feedback is one of the most powerful levers in team management.

Yet, giving and receiving effective feedback is not always easy. That’s why we designed a practical workshop that will equip you with the right tools to approach these situations with awareness and strategy—helping you foster a healthy and productive workplace.

What makes this learning experience unique?

At Wibo, we believe that feedback is one of the most powerful tools to develop talent and build high-performing teams.

Our approach is pragmatic and built on the real-world experience of our Executive Teachers—senior leaders who have shaped successful organizations.

During this Dojo, you will have the opportunity to:

✅ Learn the best techniques for giving and receiving constructive feedback

🎭 Practice through role-plays, simulations, and exercises

🤝 Share perspectives with managers and talents from successful companies

🤲 Marco Rigamonti, Executive Coach, will guide the workshop and help participants turn insights into actionable strategies.

👨‍🏫 Claudio Bedino, Head of Growth Europe at Gemini, will join as Executive Testimonial, sharing his experience and best practices in managing feedback in high-performing organizations.
