Shimmr is an AI-powered advertising platform working with the big names in Publishing. Shimmr does strategy, ad creative and deployment into market - fully automated - in a category that is culturally driven by a passion for the power of human creativity.

Prior to her time in AI startups, Searsha spent years in advertising at agencies including Droga5, Grey London and BBH as a strategist.

She writes a monthly column for BookBrunch, speaks regularly at industry events (most recently Readmagine in Madrid and the Bologna AI Summit), and is working on a series of academic papers on how AI is affecting culture.

With Searsha we'll be exploring AI from all kinds of angles - how it interacts with human creativity, how an industry adapts to the sharp end of AI change, and how to sell a technology with unprecedented potential.
