Latinos are often portrayed in media through narrow stereotypes—but our lived experiences tell a richer story. 

 will be a bold, immersive evening where we challenge those portrayals and celebrate the power of our Latinidad in the workplace.

Our evening will have a dynamic panel featuring five inspiring professionals from AWS, Netflix, Microsoft, Meta, and Spirax Group. Through movie scenes, personal journeys, and honest dialogue, they’ll explore identity, resilience, and the sacrifices made to thrive in global careers.
