Future-AI Career Festival 2026 is a youth festival designed to help young people explore their future career pathways in the AI era.

As AI continues to reshape how we work, create, start businesses, and build impact, this festival brings together career opportunities, mentorship, industry insights, entrepreneurship, creator pathways, and youth-led ideas in one full-day experience.

Whether you are a student, fresh graduate, career switcher, aspiring entrepreneur, content creator, freelancer, influencer, financial advisor, or someone still exploring your next step, this event is designed to help you discover new opportunities, meet the right people, and take action towards your future.

Expect a full-day festival experience featuring:

Over 20 career booths with companies and organisations offering youth-relevant opportunities, including internships, full-time roles, part-time roles, contract roles, freelance opportunities, and career development pathways.

Startup and youth impact pitching, where selected youth teams will pitch their ideas to judges and stand a chance to win S$1,000 cash prizes.

Over 20 mentors providing 1-to-1 mentorship throughout the day on areas such as career direction, CV review, LinkedIn profile feedback, interview preparation, entrepreneurship, freelancing, creator branding, personal growth, and AI-era career readiness.

Participants who RSVP will be given priority for mentorship slots. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

Panel discussions and fireside chats with over 10 industry professionals sharing insights on the future of work, AI-driven career shifts, new career pathways, entrepreneurship, self-employment, personal branding, and how youths can stay relevant in a changing world.

Lucky draws will be held at 11:30 AM and 7:30 PM, with cash prizes and attractive prizes to be won. RSVP participants will be eligible for lucky draw slots.

The event is free to join and open to all youths aged 18–35. Walk-ins are welcome, but participants who RSVP will receive priority access to selected perks, including mentorship opportunities and lucky draw eligibility.
