Awareness and Authenticity: An Experiential Workshop in Embodied Awakening

​What if the freedom you're seeking isn't something to achieve — but something to uncover?

​This workshop brings together five powerful streams of practice. Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, Effortless/Non-Dual mindfulness, and authentic relating/movement. They converge into a single integrated experience designed to help you access the awake, compassionate awareness that is already your true nature, and to authentically live from it.

​Through IPNB & IFS, we'll gently meet the protective patters that keep us locked in fear, control, and disconnection etc. Rather than pushing past these parts, we'll turn toward them with Awareness or Self energy, creating the conditions for them to relax and reveal spacious authentic Self-Leadership.

​Through somatic and movement practices drawn from dance and improvisation, we'll drop out of the head and into the body. Where awakening isn't just an insight but a felt, embodied knowing. 

​Through nondual mindfulness practices rooted in the Effortless Mindfulness tradition, we'll explore direct shifts into open, Awake Awareness not as a distant peak experience, but as an accessible, ordinary way of being that's available right now.

​And through authentic relating and group movement, we'll practice what it actually looks like to live from this place. In this way we'll practice presence rather than performance, and learn to let our natural expression move through us without rehearsal.

​This workshop isn't only concepts. It's an experiential space where healing, awakening, and authentic expression converge. Together as a community, we will glimpse and play with the freedom that was never missing, only obscured.

 Anyone drawn to inner work who wants to move beyond intellectual understanding and into direct experience. All levels of experience are welcome.
