Match & Scale is not a job fair. It's a curated recruiting event where every conversation is intentional. You apply, we review your profile, and if selected, we match you with startups that fit your skills, interests, and ambitions.

On the day, you'll have 3 structured matchmaking rounds of 15 minutes each, followed by open networking. You walk in knowing who you're meeting. They know who you are. No cold conversations, no wasted time.

The best way to reach die Hauswirtschaft is by public transport or by bike. Tram lines O (Bruno-Marek-Alle) and 12 stop directly in front of the venue. Around the corner you'll find tram line 2 (Rebhanngasse) and bus 11A (Holubstraße). A dedicated cycle path leads directly to the venue.
