 is a mini-retreat designed for women who want to pause, move, and reconnect with themselves. Step away from your daily demands and immerse yourself in a day of movement, nourishment, reflection, and community.

 Based in Zürich, Alia creates spaces where movement becomes meaning.

Rooted in both art and dance, her journey has taken her from solo performances across Europe to directing the renowned ZeoT Studio, where expression and community intertwine.

 in 2010, Alia blends the elegance of modern Egyptian dance with the freedom of contemporary movement, crafting performances that breathe life, art, and soul.

As a choreographer and teacher, she guides women to find strength, beauty, and confidence through movement — not just to dance, but to transform. Whether in her belly dance or Barre classes, Alia invites her students to move with awareness, grace, and joy.

 Based in Zürich, Eliana creates spaces where stillness becomes healing.

A certified Master Shihan of Traditional Japanese Reiki, she guides others toward balance, clarity, and inner peace. Since 2018, Reiki has been an integral part of her life and practice, supporting both herself and those she works with on their path to psycho-physical well-being.

Through her sessions and teachings, Eliana helps people experience the simplicity and depth of Reiki — a practice that restores calm, nurtures resilience, and reconnects us with our natural state of harmony.

 Based between Zürich and Berlin, Victoria creates spaces that feel like a deep exhale.

Her journey in classical music and her work at the Zürich Opera House flow into her sessions where art meets stillness, and listening becomes transformation.

She doesn’t just guide meditation, she guides you back to yourself.

Do I need to be fit or experienced in dance or Reiki?

The sessions are accessible to all levels and designed to help you reconnect with your body.

Do I need to be a writer or experienced at journaling?

The session is accessible to everyone. There's no right or wrong way to approach this; it’s simply about tuning in.
