Strategy gets thrown around a lot — but what does it actually mean to think strategically? In this first session of our 4-part workshop series, we'll cut through the buzzwords and get practical. You'll explore what strategy really is, why it matters in your day-to-day role, and how to apply proven frameworks to situations you're already navigating at work. Whether you've never formally studied strategy or just want a clearer foundation, this session meets you where you are.

This session is designed for Chiefs of Staff who are being pulled into strategy work and want a stronger foundation to draw from — as well as aspiring Chiefs of Staff who are curious about building this muscle. If you're navigating complex organizational priorities or looking to level up your strategic thinking, this is the place to start.

No prep needed — just bring curiosity and a real work challenge you're currently navigating. We'll use live exercises throughout the session, so the more you're willing to engage, the more you'll get out of it. Come ready to think out loud.
