We’re bringing the community together for a recovery-focused afternoon built around wellbeing, connection, and leaving feeling completely refreshed.

This event isn’t just for people who train — it’s for anyone wanting to prioritise their wellbeing, meet new people, and reset for the week ahead. We’ll be hosting a recovery event at Rebuild Recovery, starting with a guided yoga + breathwork with Dream on wellness before moving into the recovery centre for a recovery circuit.

Come solo or with friends — the goal is to meet new people, switch off, and recharge together.

Come down, everyone gets a FREE Yochi card as well!
