Qigong ( pronounced Chee Gong ) is an ancient health practice that originated in China over 5000 years ago, originally just taught to the royals, the elite. It includes slow, graceful movements, synchronized with the breath, returning the body to a relaxed, calm state. 

Scientific studies have shown that a regular Qigong practice may reduce chronic pain, improve circulation, relieve stress and improve mental focus and clarity. 

Radiant Lotus Qigong was created to help people from all walks of life heal, nourish and harmonize their body, mind and emotions. Discovering a deeper level of health and well being. Literally anyone may do this, either from a seated position on a comfortable chair or from standing, every part of this may be modified for the individual. 

In this Lotus Pod, Sharlene provides a safe space and container for practicing Qigong.  Whether you are a novice or an advanced practitioner, you are welcome to join in and experience the practice of Qigong with a certified Radiant Lotus Qigong practitioner.
