That's the spirit behind the Deal Flow Invitational — an invite-only afternoon designed for M&A pros, operators, and capital partners working in the lower middle market. The format is simple: golf simulators create natural side-by-side conversations, sponsored competitions create shared moments, and a curated guest list ensures every person in the room is worth knowing.

This is the second Deal Flow Invitational. The first sold out, generated a 70% show rate, and had multiple attendees asking to co-host future editions. We kept what worked and fixed what didn't.

No panels. No slides. No name-tag small talk. Deal Flow Invitational brings together PE investors, independent sponsors, M&A bankers, and operator-owners for an afternoon built around real conversations and live pipelines — add-ons, roll-ups, founder secondaries, and sub-$250M platform plays.
