In this AMA session open to the public, Ethan Summers, a Chief of Staff, former CEO and COO, and multi-time founder will share how he learned to navigate this challenge by planning, failing, learning, and trying again.

From co-designing the initial GTM strategy with his founder and principal, to designing the operating and GTM platform that scaled to earned $10M revenue and $6M profit in just 2.5 years to figuring out what needs to happen next for his team and his own career, Ethan will walk through how to navigate the long and winding road from where you are today to where you need to be while learning from obstacles, mistakes, and pivots along the way.
