Are you feeling the stress of the end of the year? Are you drowning in exams, final projects and papers? Does it feel like the final lap in Mario Kart? 

Well... take a moment to yourself this weekend and surround yourself with a group of ambitious young women in the heart of Warsaw! This session of Yoga and Sound Healing is meant to help you relax, connect and leave inspired for the last few weeks of the year! 

We are meeting at Omni Fitness & Spa! Please arrive 15min early to change and prepare for the session. Changing rooms and lockers will be available. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a bottle of water!

In order to reserve your seat, registration costs as much as you believe this ticket should cost between 15 PLN and 150 PLN. Its completely your choice how much you'd like to give!

​Zosia Brzezinska is a wellness leader and founder of Namaste With Sophie, an online yoga school. Starting her career in wellness from a young age, Zosia now brings her passion for mindfulness and well-being to a wide audience. While studying at Yale University to expand her expertise in wellness coaching, she uses her background in yoga to help others find inner strength and balance.
