Welcome to a 2-hour guided journaling experience to remember the gifts that have been with you all along

Join Jaclyn Zimmer, certified trauma-informed guide and creator of the Soul Blueprint, for a live journaling experience to uncover the parts of you that quietly went to sleep.

Most of us were never taught to see what’s good in ourselves. We notice it in other people right away: the friend who speaks her mind, the woman who creates without apologizing, the one who seems so at home in herself. We admire them, and we rarely stop to ask why.

Here’s the secret: you can only recognize what already lives in you.

In Jungian psychology, this is called the golden shadow: the gifts, qualities, and joys we set aside, often early in life, because they didn’t feel safe or welcome to express. They didn’t disappear. They’ve been waiting for you to meet your potential.

I know this path personally. I spent years feeling disconnected from myself, and coming back changed how I see everything: my relationships, my work, and the world around me. This experience is an invitation to begin that return for yourself.

Together, we’ll ease in with a guided meditation, explore the golden shadow, and move through journaling prompts designed to bring forward what you’ve taken for granted in yourself. We’ll close with an optional sharing circle, where you can speak what came up, or simply listen.

You’ll leave feeling a little more like yourself, with a renewed sense of your own inner authority and full permission to care for the person who’s been caring for everyone else.

Everyone who registers receives free access to the full Soul Blueprint Report, my personalized archetype assessment that goes deeper into your gifts, your golden shadow, and the beliefs holding you back. Your code will be revealed after the experience.
