Spritz Sessions

Join us for a group breathwork session led by the amazing Lauren Ryan of 

. She’s coming out from Invermere for an extended weekend to offer her services in two separate group classes, as well as the chance to book in for a few special 1:1 sessions.

Breathwork is an easy and efficient way to move energy, reduce stress, increase capacity, release limiting beliefs, and tune in to our intuition. It can be great to release blocks, regulate your nervous system, and gain clarity.

SESSION ONE: Saturday, March 21st, from 12:00 – 2:00 pm

SESSION TWO: Sunday, March 22nd, from 12:00 – 2:00 pm
