ARI Software

ARI.Software is an AI-native, open-source, self-hosted hyper-personal workspace for managing tasks, docs, notes, contacts, knowledge, and workflows in one place. ARI's magic is that it also lets you build your own custom modules in minutes with no code, giving you a unified system so you can do your best work and live your best life.

ARI is deeply personal and flexible. Using AI tools like Claude Code you can quickly create modules tailored to your exact needs, whether that is a CRM, fitness tracker, shipment dashboard, financial manager, invoice generator, prompt library, voice notes tool, content planner, or something entirely unique. Every module is editable, remixable, and shareable, so your software can adapt to how you think and operate.

We're excited to invite you to the live ARI Hackathon on May 27 from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM EST. This is your chance to build your own custom ARI module, collaborate with other builders, experiment with the platform, and bring your ideas to life. Whether you are a developer, founder, or simply curious about what's possible, you'll get hands-on experience creating something real.

You can build any module you want such as a personal financial manager, fitness coach, invoice generator, OpenClaw orchestrator, personal relationship manager, nutritional meal planner, health metrics dashboard, prompt library, voice notes tracker, content planner, brainstorming tool etc.

We'll be awarding $2,500 to the winning project! So come ready to build, learn fast, and ship something great!

The ARI.Software Hackathon is an official tech parter of Toronto Tech Week. Toronto Tech Week is a citywide celebration of the people building what's next. From May 26–29, 2026, founders, investors, and builders come together for hundreds of community-led events across Toronto, connecting tens of thousands of people around Canadian tech. 

We've secured a great venue downtown Toronto on King street west near Bathurst. Fast WiFi (1gbps mesh network), good music, freshly brewed on-site coffee, a selection of self-service teas, still and sparkling water on tap.

Any level is welcome, but experience with code-generating AI tools Claude Code is recommended. Non-devs can still be valuable on teams to help with planning, design, UI/UX etc.

Claude Code is used to create ARI.Software modules and a paid Claude Code account is required. 

You can come solo or with a team (up to 3 people). If you arrive solo, we'll help match you with a team.


ARI comes with dozens of productivity modules built in like task manager, knowledge manager, fitness tracker, trip planner etc. You can custom any new module which solves a real problem or adds clear value. It can be professional/fun/creative/unique.. as long as it is useful!


A laptop, charger, and anything you need to code. Optional: headphones, snacks, and ideas you want to explore.

Can I use AI tools and existing libraries?


Yes. AI tools, open-source libraries, and frameworks are allowed. Disclose any pre-built code.

The submission should be a working module.

 Based on usefulness, creativity, execution, integration with ARI, and design.


Submit a Github link with the code with a README file. A demo video is encouraged.
