Design Unfold

Let's workshop together and see just how much design work has changed on the way from manual to AI.

We're Design Unfold, a community in Bucharest built to unify disciplines, because design, code,
and strategy should share a goal.

This is our sixth gathering, and the first one we're doing online. The reason is simple. We
wanted to see the screens.

Most workflows right now are half-built. It's easy to scroll past a finished-looking output and
assume everyone else has a system. What most people have is a set of decisions made under a tight
deadline. Ours included.

We're interested in how it actually moves, from the first step to the delivered file. What needs to stay manual, and what needs to get faster, so the space goes to the decisions that matter most.

What you hand over and what you keep is a decision.

So we invited Mihai and Sergei to explore just that.

Mihai Petică is UX & Product Design Lead, and he'll be making AI design output predictable with
guardrails.

Sergei Chyrkov is Founder & Creative Director at CHYRKOV studio and a SpaceXAI Ambassador, and
he'll be automating design workflows with AI.

They're going to share not only what they automated in their design workflows, but how they
delegate and how much control they keep over it.

There's no recipe here. They come from different backgrounds, and what works for one might not
work for the other. Showing that different approaches coexist has been core to us from the start.

Twenty minutes each, live, with time for questions after each one.

We're not recording, so the half-finished version is welcome. If you can't make it, we'll share a
summary afterwards.

New faces very welcome. Come with your own workflow, a question, or pure vibes.
