As the UK economy continues to offer little headroom for new public spending, both regional and local authorities face the challenge of delivering growth that can be felt across all communities.  

In this context, the Growth and Reform Network is working with its members to ask ‘

how can places proactively make the case for inclusive growth – influencing policies and investment, and clearly demonstrating impact

As Combined and Local Authorities tackle the need for public service reform at the same time as driving growth, 

we will also examine how indicators of inclusive growth can help to connect decision-making across silos, and unlock complex policy challenges as well as efficiencies
