 No payment is taken, so no refund arises. If you can't make it, please cancel your registration on Luma so we can offer your seat to someone on the waitlist. Our rooms are small and seats are genuinely scarce.

 Cancel more than 7 days before the event for a full refund. Between 7 days and 48 hours, we'll refund 50% or transfer your ticket in full to another Brown Living event within 6 months, whichever you prefer. Within 48 hours of the event, tickets are non-refundable, as catering and venue costs are committed by then.

 You may transfer your ticket to a colleague at any time before the event at no cost. Email us the replacement guest's name and email, and note that curated events may require us to confirm the substitute guest.

 You'll receive a full refund, or the option to carry your ticket to the new date. If we reschedule and the new date doesn't suit you, a full refund is available.

 If an event can't proceed for reasons outside our control, we'll offer a transfer to a future event or a refund, at our discretion.

 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, and any payment-gateway fees may be deducted.

 Write to us at finance@brownliving.in with your registration name and event. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
