This is an experiential online session you can join from the comfort of your own home. Please find a clear, quiet space free from distractions, and allow at least 30 minutes afterwards for integration and reflection. This is an important part of the process and helps the experience land in a lasting, meaningful way.

The primary breathwork technique we'll be using is 

 which the core technique of Rebirthing Breathwork. It is simple yet profound, offering a powerful way to move beyond the linear mind, release stored emotions and limiting beliefs, and free up the life force energy that has been holding them in place.

Although many breathwork practices can be done independently, this technique is best learned with support, as it can bring up strong emotions and energy held in the body. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in somatic awareness, so that you can build a real bridge between these deep inner experiences and your everyday life.

Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and Shamanic traditions

, weaving together breath, body, and awareness in a way that supports both the process itself and your life beyond the session.

The fundamental premise of this work is that you carry within you a vast, innate wisdom, the intelligence of life itself. These practices are here to help you reconnect with that, and with your own soul nature as part of nature. This is deeply healing, aligning, and empowering.

 - Bring awareness into your body and connect to the innate healing capacity within you that knows exactly what's ready to heal.

 - Anything that limits you and is ready to move — on the mental, physical, energetic, and emotional levels of your being.

 - Your connection to the potent life force energy, insight, creativity, and power available to you in every moment, in every breath.

We open with an introduction to the techniques, with space for questions so you feel clear and prepared before we begin.

The conscious connected breathing is done sitting or lying down, supported verbally and energetically, and guided with music. You'll be encouraged to move, shake, sound, and allow anything that's ready to be released. From here, healing, transformation, and insight naturally arise.

As the session deepens, the familiar linear mind becomes quieter, and you're invited to let go of thoughts, feelings, and sensations returning them to your inner intelligence through the breath and body.

The final and most important part is the 

, this is a time for your system to settle, and for the spaces created through release to be filled with fresh, nourishing life force energy.

We close with a brief sharing circle to gather everyone back together before the session ends.

I work with breathwork and embodiment practices to support you to breathe, move, and live into your full potential. At the heart of my work is holding space for you to reconnect with the innate intelligence and healing capacity of your own breath and body.

I'm a fully qualified Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner with over 20 years experience working with the power of the breath personally and professionally. My journey as a healer began when I trained as a Reiki practitioner at 19. Since then I've explored many healing and transformational modalities, both personally and professionally, and now focus on the trinity of breath, body, and awareness.

I'm deeply committed to empowering people to be their own healers, to stand in their sovereignty, move beyond limitation, and bring their full gifts alive in service of life.
