Coffee Morning Roundtable for Founders & HR Leaders

AI use across hiring is accelerating, and most leaders are still working out the practical reality: what's actually paying off, what skills now matter, and who you can trust in a process increasingly shaped by AI at every stage.

Join us for an interactive coffee morning, hosted at the Guinness Enterprise Centre, built around three roundtable discussions:

 — What are other companies actually doing with AI agents, and where is it working?

 — Will AI capability become something we assess for when we hire?

 — Perfect CV, Confident on camera - but is the person real?

This session follows on from our January roundtable, "AI Adoption in Hiring: We're Only Scratching the Surface," and continues that conversation into what rising AI use now means for skills, structure and trust.

This is a small, closed-door session designed for open, candid conversation among peers. Attendance is complimentary but subject to confirmation.
