Xogito Events

 is an in-person NYC pitch competition for early-stage founders with an idea, early traction, or a broken MVP that needs to be rebuilt or scaled.

Selected founders will pitch live in front of experienced operators, investors, and judges. 

One winning team will receive $20,000 in Xogito development credits

 to rebuild their MVP, modernize their product for scale, or build a new one from the ground up.

 Anthony is a seasoned entrepreneur and the driving force behind SeedLegals, the platform powering a significant portion of early-stage SEIS/EIS funding rounds in the UK. With deep roots in internet video, P2P technology, and social platforms—and a strong patent portfolio—Anthony brings a rare blend of technical depth and commercial insight to early-stage founders.

​Kayan Mishra is a venture capitalist and entrepreneur behind Mudita Studios, where he backs early AI software companies and helps turn raw ideas into real businesses.

​He spends his time investing with founders, shaping the story, sharpening the product, and figuring out how to win in the market. As a serial entrepreneur, he’s known for mixing sharp strategy with taste: strong GTM, clean design, and a relentless focus on what actually matters.

Rob Bailey has spent 15+ years building and scaling AI and enterprise software companies. He is the co-founder and former COO of CrewAI, one of the fastest-growing platforms for orchestrating AI agents in the enterprise. 

Previously he was COO at Kustomer (acquired by Meta) and CEO of DataSift, a pioneer in real-time AI data infrastructure.

Rob has also been an early investor or executive at three enterprise software unicorns in the past five years — Kustomer, Fireblocks, and Blockdaemon — now collectively valued at over $10B. In his spare time, he coaches founders and leads Vipassana meditation retreats.
