Personal

Brieanne Emery

If you've been feeling blocked, blah, or overwhelmed lately, let's hang out and get creative together.

Creativity doesn't have to produce anything. It can simply be something we do to feel good.

I'll show you some of my favorite personal practices, including a guided

session, an imagination journey, and some creative prompts we'll do together.

A lot of these practices I use everyday to help me process my emotions in a way that feels more engaging

No art experience is needed. It will be focused on expression, color, emotional safety, intuition, and process over perfection.

Anyone craving a little creative play, feeling stuck in their head, or wanting to explore their feelings without having to find all the words.

You don’t need to consider yourself creative at all. Just come curious, bring a friend maybe? and a few supplies you most likely have in a drawer somewhere.

I've been doing this format mostly with small groups or 1:1 but feel excited to be with people from all over!

We’ll meet on Zoom. You’ll see me on the video, but you won’t be on camera or microphone.

You’re welcome to join in the chat or just hang and watch. Skip any exercise or take a break whenever you need.

Find a comfy, quiet spot where you can have a little space to yourself for an hour. You won't be on video, so show up however the heck you want to :)

Bring some paper and whatever you like to draw with (I will probably be using gel pens or Procreate on my ipad).

Any of your favorite art supplies are welcome too, just try to

(you could use markers, crayons, paint, pens. whatever you feel drawn to)

Sliding scale: $10–$35. Choose what works for you. If you need a financial break, the $10 ticket is there for you 💛 Ticket sales will support my ongoing Do the Dots project. Thank you!

If you can't make it live or want to revisit the video, you will receive the recording within 72 hours.

Tickets are nonrefundable, but if you can’t make it live, you’ll still receive the recording.

This is a guided creative workshop, not therapy. There’s no pressure to share anything personal or feel a certain way. I will be sharing tools that have personally helped me feel some emotional relief.
