7:00 AM sharp – please arrive a few minutes early for warm-up and briefing.

The route is fully tarmac, perfect for an easy shake-out or short tempo effort.

 through the club, your kit will be available for collection after the run.

If you are not attending, delivery can be arranged at a small fee.

Come ready to refuel, socialize, and share a great morning meal after the run.

They will be leading the route and coordinating the stretch session.

This is our pre-marathon shake-out run, a perfect way to calm the nerves, meet fellow runners, and get your body ready for race day. Let’s show up, run easy, stretch together and carry that Swaras energy into Stanchart Sunday.
