Ask a Chief of Staff

🗓️ Join us on January 13th!

Too often, you are expected to answer before the organization has agreed on the direction. Here is the shift: AI becomes a good hire when it is onboarded into clarity, not chaos. Purpose, or alignment, is the operating system that makes this possible.

We will begin with a focused introduction to the Inner Compass. This leadership mechanism allows you to cut through noise, hold alignment, and guide your executive suite with clarity.

Then, in a breakout session, you will work through a real-world scenario: How do you hire AI into your organization in a way that strengthens alignment rather than dilutes it?

You will leave with a practical framework you can apply immediately. This framework helps AI shift from pressure to partnership and ensures that it becomes an asset rather than a source of organizational strain.

We look forward to exploring this with you and helping you make AI the best hire your organization brings into 2026.
