You will be supported to release anything that's ready to go, and to invite in fresh life force energy to inspire and empower your life.

 These Threshold Ceremonies are open only to people who have already worked with me, so we can move straight into the Ceremony without an introduction to the work.

You can join from the comfort of your own home. Please find a clear, quiet space free from distractions, and have a speaker or headphones for a fully immersive experience.

Please allow at least an hour afterwards to journal, rest, and integrate. If you're unable to give yourself that time and would need to move straight back into the day, it's advised that you wait for another session.

The fundamental premise of this work is that you carry within you a vast, innate wisdom, the intelligence of life itself. These practices are here to help you reconnect with that, and with your soul nature as part of nature.

 - Bring awareness into your body and connect to the innate healing capacity within you that knows exactly what's ready to heal.

 - Anything that limits you and is ready to move — on the mental, physical, energetic, and emotional levels of your being.

 - Your connection to the potent life force energy, insight, creativity, and power available to you in every moment, in every breath.

We open with a circle and a brief introduction before moving into the breathwork, with space for any questions so you feel settled and clear before we begin.

The conscious connected breathing is done sitting or lying down, supported verbally and energetically, and guided with music. You'll be encouraged to move, shake, sound, and allow whatever is ready to be released. From here, healing, transformation, and insight naturally arise and there is space to offer prayers and send good energy to others and to the world.

As the Ceremony deepens, the familiar linear mind grows quieter, and you're invited to surrender thoughts, feelings, and sensations returning them to your inner intelligence through the breath and body.

The final and most important part is the 

, this is a time for your system to settle, and for the spaces opened through release to fill with clear, fresh, nourishing life force energy.

We close with a brief sharing circle to bring everyone back together before the Ceremony ends.

I work with breathwork and embodiment practices to support you to breathe, move, and live into your full potential. At the heart of my work is holding space for you to reconnect with the innate intelligence and healing capacity of your own breath and body.

I'm a fully qualified Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner with over 20 years experience working with the power fof the breath persoanlly and professionally. My journey as a healer began when I trained as a Reiki practitioner at 19. Since then I've explored many healing and transformational modalities, both personally and professionally, and now focus on the trinity of breath, body, and awareness.

I'm deeply committed to empowering people to be their own healers, to stand in their sovereignty, move beyond limitation, and bring their full gifts alive in service of life.
