Notion AI is great for quick answers. Custom agents? That's where the real work happens.

In this session, we're breaking down what makes custom agents different—and why they're the unlock most teams haven't tapped into yet.

 – What's the actual difference, and when does each make sense?

 – The tips that separate agents that work from ones that sit unused.

 – How to trigger Slack notifications, set up automation triggers, and orchestrate workflows that actually save time.

—a deeper dive into connecting agents to external tools via MCP, building collaborative agent teams, and designing systems that scale with your operations.

Team leaders already using Notion who want to move beyond basic AI features and start building intelligent workflows that handle real work.
