Amsterdam Tech Collective

A closed-door gathering for the people building, adopting and shaping responsible technology.

Tuesday 15th September | RIVVIA Sky Room | Keizersgracht 127, Amsterdam

As AI moves from experimentation to implementation, organizations face a new challenge: turning responsible AI principles into practical product, technical and business decisions.

Amsterdam has become one of Europe's fastest-growing hubs for AI and emerging technologies. The city needs a community that connects the people building that future.

That's why we're launching the Amsterdam Tech Collective.

Founders, builders, operators, investors and experts from across Amsterdam's technology ecosystem will come together to exchange ideas, share implementation challenges and help build a stronger community around responsible innovation.

This inaugural gathering marks the beginning of a community dedicated to helping Amsterdam build and adopt responsible technology together.

Through a panel discussion, an interactive roundtable and informal networking overlooking Amsterdam's canals, we'll explore how organizations can translate AI governance into practical product, technical and business decisions.

Panel Discussion | From AI Act to AI Action

As the EU AI Act moves from legislation to implementation, organizations are increasingly asking the same question:

What does responsible AI actually look like in practice?

For many companies, the challenge is no longer understanding the legal requirements. It is translating them into practical decisions across product development, engineering, governance, procurement and leadership.

Bringing together technical, legal and business perspectives, our panel will explore how organizations can implement AI governance in a way that is practical, proportionate and commercially valuable.

The conversations shouldn't end when the panel does.

Following the panel discussion, participants will take part in an interactive roundtable to explore how Amsterdam can build a stronger ecosystem for responsible AI adoption and help shape the future direction of the Amsterdam Tech Collective.

Together, we'll discuss how the community can:

By participating, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the Amsterdam Tech Collective from its earliest stages and contribute to a community designed to support responsible innovation in practice.
