SPK 30 in 30 Book Launch Run Club

​I'm so excited to invite you to the launch of my new book, '30 in 30', and to give you a chance to get your hands on a signed copy five days before the official launch!

​30 in 30, out June 4th, is a must have cookbook for anyone looking to increase their plant protein and fibre intake without spending hours in the kitchen! To celebrate, I'll be hosting a group run club around Victoria Park and a book signing session at a local store.

​All fitness levels welcome (we'll be taking it slow, at a conversational pace, but you're welcome to skip the run and meet us back at the store). All ticket proceeds will be donated to Dean Farm Trust, an animal sanctuary that aims to rescue, rehabilitate, and give a home for life to ill-treated and abused animals. A refuel smoothie and snack are also included!

​Here's what to expect:

• ​9:00am: Arrival and welcome

• ​9:30am: Run begins

• ​10:00am: Arrive back at Planet Organic for refreshments

• ​10:20am: Book signing, mingling, and shopping

• ​11:00am: Event ends
