Have you heard? Our friends at Refuge Worldwide just opened a beautiful brand new radio station + music studio and they invited us to bring that morning energy and dirty running shoes and come RUN-N-RAVE all morning together.
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT:
Expect a easy pace all levels 5k run, followed by a couple hours of moving, grooving, munching and sipping.
If you can't make it for the run, come by after for some nice tunes and baked delicacies.

⏰ WHEN: Saturday January 31st, 10am
🎒 YES to: Bag drop, coffee, snacks, and a post run dance party
📅 THE BREAKDOWN:
10:00 AM – Roll up, drop your bag, and get warm ☕
10:15 AM – 35-minute city run, 5km at slow poke pace, nobody left behind! 🏃♀️
10:50 AM – Strength, stretch, sweat! 10 min community workout 💪
11:00 AM – Breakfast, beats & boogie 🎶🍳
This is your chance to connect with the neighborhood, check out a local artists space, and do something awesome for yourself in the morning!
