 This policy applies to in-person events, online events and workshops, community sessions, and paid registrations purchased via our website or event platforms.

4. Cancellations or Changes by FinFit Circle:

 If FinFit Circle cancels or significantly reschedules an event, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event. FinFit Circle is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.

 If an online event includes access to a recording, refunds may not be available once access has been granted, unless required by law. Technical issues on the participant's side do not constitute grounds for a refund.

 Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law. Specific terms are communicated at the time of purchase.
